Once again, Keith Olbermann has hit the nail on the head - or perhaps, nailed the Chimp to the wall, yet again. A link to the video and a transcript can be found here. You can see how passionate Keith is about this, and it's really good to see someone actually FEELING this crap. Because I think as a nation, are collectively avoiding those feelings, lest they rip us apart. Watching Olbermann over the last year or so, you can see just how far things have gone... On bad days, I fear this means we really are lost, that the nation as a whole is at risk, as Keith now says with regularity. On good days, I hope maybe a few sane people can listen to him and hear what he's saying. The trick is, is it anywhere near enough? Is there any way to walk a middle road here, or should we just start planning for the revolution? I have spent a long time fearing that we could slip over that edge, but taking hope in the idea that "the truth will out"... but how often do we see that these days? Hrmph.
